Tatar Tot Taco Casserole

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef, browned

1/4 white onion chopped

1/2 yellow or orange or red pepper chopped

1 jalapeno chopped

1 can peaches and cream corn drained

1 can bushes chili style black beans drained

1 jar of salsa

1 package of taco seasoning

1 bag of Tatar tots cooked according to package directions

grated cheese of choice to top

serve with tostitos queso cheese

Directions:

brown ground beef and drain if necessary add all other ingredients and simmer while Tatar tots cook. top with Tatar tots and cheese bake at 425 until cheese is melted
